Job Posting and Searching
The PennsylvaniaJobs.Com Network is a recruitment advertising venue. PennsylvaniaJobs.Com Network is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. We are not responsible for the content of any job listing or company information posted on the site and we have no obligation to screen such content. We have no control over the quality, accuracy or legality of the jobs, or the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates. We are under no legal obligation to control the content of any listing on the site and are not liable for inaccurate information or typographical errors on the site.

Jobseekers: Resume Posting
If you submit your resume to our database, we are not responsible for any use made of the information contained in your submission by any employer, agent or other person viewing the resume or posting.

Jobseekers: Privacy of Resumes
Your resume will be viewed only by registered employers or agents using the site. Other than this we will not sell or distribute your resume or personal information. However, you may receive periodic e-mails from us to inform you of upcoming employment events or new features on the site. We are not responsible if an unauthorized user uses illegal methods, such as "hacking", to gain access to the site and views your resume or information.

Jobseekers: Username and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You are responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You should not share your password with anyone. We are not responsible for any results caused by unauthorized use of your username and password.

Employers: Posting Your Jobs
The following types of job postings will not be accepted and will not be posted on the site: any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other employment or business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment or requires the recruitment of others as sub-distributors or sub-agents.

After your job(s) are posted if it is later found that your posting violates the preceding paragraph or any other of these terms of service your job(s) listing will be immediately removed from the site and your account suspended. In this event, any payments received from you by us will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove from our site any job listing or advertisement for any reason.

Employers: If you use the Post-A-Job Listing Option
Post-A-Job listings may contain one, and only one, job title per Post-A-Job. If you enter more than one job title, additional listings will be generated for each job title and you will be billed for each additional listing. Listings which attempt to circumvent our system by listing generic terms, such as "hiring for all positions" or similar, in the Job Title field of the submission form will not be posted.

Employers: Username and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You are responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You may not share your password with anyone not authorized within your company. You may not share your password with anyone outside of your company. You agree to immediately notify PennsylvaniaJobs.Com of any unauthorized use of your registration or password

Employers: Use of Company Information
By submitting an order for a job posting you agree that the PennsylvaniaJobs.Com Network has your permission to use and/or edit or modify, as needed, text, graphics and images you supply to us or that we take from your website without recourse on the PennsylvaniaJobs.Com Network and will hold the PennsylvaniaJobs.Com Network and it's parent company Vigilant Corporation harmless for the results of any of these changes.

In no event is any web site of the PennsylvaniaJobs.Com Network or its parent company Vigilant Corporation liable for any damages of any kind as a result of your use of the site. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless any web site of the PennsylvaniaJobs.Com Network, Vigilant Internet Services Corp, and Vigilant Corporation, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the material or your breach of the terms of use.
